Frequently asked questions

How do I add the Nelson keyboard on iPhone?

Open iPhone Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, choose Nelson, then tap Nelson and turn on Allow Full Access. While writing, tap the 🌐 key to switch to Nelson.

Why does the keyboard need Full Access?

Only to send the text in the current field to Nelson when you tap Polish (다듬기). Nothing else you type is read or sent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is my text used to train AI?

No. AI requests go through OpenRouter only to inference providers that keep no copy of the request (Zero Data Retention), and nothing is used for training.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app, go to Settings → Delete account (계정 삭제). If you use only the Mac app, email support@heynelson.io.
